Significant steps
 

1996 - Founding of Foyer International to offer specialized services under the EC's Freedom to Provide Services regime.

1998 - Creation of the holding company Foyer S.A., designed to gather the companies of Foyer Group together for better representation in the financial sector.

The primary advantages of this consolidation included :

• independence
• sound fundamentals
• security of the assets
• confidentiality

2000 - Foyer S.A. enters the Stock Exchange. Although publicly trading 20% of its capital, autonomy and independence of other institutions remain fundamental values of the Group.
