Founded in 1922, Foyer Group is a Luxembourg-based, independent insurance provider. Through the first 78-years of its distinguished history, Foyer was owned by three of Luxembourg's leading families. However, in July 2000, Foyer took the bold step of becoming the first Luxembourg insurer to offer its shares publicly when it began trading 20% of its ownership interest on various European Stock Exchanges.
Foyer International is 100% owned by Foyer Group. We specialize in the development and distribution of products beyond the borders of Luxembourg by using the Freedom to Provide Services provisions of various European Commission directives.
